The last two years I have been changing my old habits and experimenting with different methods (Indigo Breeding ) A herper in Ca. had bought a pair of C.H. Unicolors and wanted to breed them. He was unable to find any info. on breeding so he cooled his pair just like any other colubrid.Using the same method as his kingsnakes he produced the first U.S. C.B. Uni's !!! Last year I changed my cycle and bred my Cribo's later in the year and at warmer temps and I had all five of my females lay good eggs (4 Mel. & 1 Uni )One drawback is that males are much more aggresive and you have to supervise all breeding activity.P.S. Last year I had my first hat-trick (East. Mel. & Uni )Also thanks to Dean and Doug for a great website !!! Good Luck to everyone with your breeding projects. Brad Scialabba
