Sorry this posting is so late. I also learned a little about this project while doing some research on the web. The NASA program does have a website, but it's a really funky address. There is no "www" in the address. The address is atlas.ksc.nasa.gov/env.html FYI the ksc is Kennedy Space Center. It's sad to read that KSC employees may be responsible for some of the road kills, but at least these guys aren't afraid to be honest.
