: This subject comes up a lot on this forum. The state permits in Florida are issued mainly for educational purposes only, and even then are very hard to get.

: Your best bet if you like these snakes is to try to get one of the other subpecies like TX indigo, blacktail, unicolor etc.

: They have similar personalitys and are legal in Florida.
