I have had some experience with spilotes. Wild caught animals can be very hard to get going, some even impossible. I would certainly seperate the snakes. As well as branches provide hide boxes and increase the humidity every few days. It may be necessary to cover the cages so that the snakes are not exposed to movement. Put them on light/dark cycle. As far a getting them to feed try small live mice, live fuzzies and rat pups which can be left in the cage overnight. For stubborn cases you might have to resort to lizards and or frogs. I have found with mine that if you kill a mouse and put in front of the snake(using tongs of course!) that they will sometimes grab it by the head and start swallowing it. By the way they swallow fast. Also try leaving fresh killed mice/rats in the hide box overnight, sometimes this works. I have 3.2 spilotes. One is wild caught and now about five years old and eats anything the others are all C.B. animals and also feeding well. This is one species were it pays to get captive born babies. But even C.B. babies raised to adults are still highly nervous snakes always willing to bite. Good luck and let me know how they do.
