Should I put a moss filled sweater box in my enclosure?....

I remember discussing this with someone, as a means to offer a higher humidity retreat
for my indigo. I'm assuming we're talking spagnum moss? Do you guys do this? What brand of moss should I buy,
are any varietys less prone to mold than any other? How often would I change it to ensure its
not breeding parasites or bacteria??
