Hi Tom,Quarantine the animal & get it to a qualified vet asap. There are some nasty things that can cause blood in the stool, the worst would be Amoebiasis, from Entamoeba invadens, if treated soon enough the prognosis is good, but it can spread though a collection like wildfire. Don't want to worry you to much, but get it checked out right away. One more thing, even some reptile vets don,t know that Indigos (and Kingsnakes) are very sensitive to Metronidazole, the drug of choice. Indigos get 40 mg/kg.
