: Along with the good advice given so far, remember that your indigo is eating and growing. You've managed to catch whatever it is before it's really detrimental to the snake. You may find it worth your while to invest in a decent microscope so you can check the snake's feces on a regular basis (it's actually kind of fun too). Have your vet show you what he/she is looking for when they do the fecal exam.
You really have to know what you're looking for, right? A novice may have some difficulty telling normal intestinal flora/fauna from abnormal. I personally would be lost.
