Hi,
I had the opportunity to visit Costa Rica in Jan. of 1998.
While there I managed to capture a Black tail cribo. It was at a watering hole and eating a marine toad. I was able to catch it and take some pics, one of which I am including. It was an amazing snake. Very big and impressive. The attitude was aggressive because it did strike a couple of times. It was an amazing snake and I was sad when I had to release it. However, i soon hope to own one....or two.
If you have any questions or want to see additional cribo pics (or other herp pics from Costa Rica including Bothrops asper)...let me know.
thanks,
Jeff
