Pedro,
The location of the Black Tail Cribo was the Palo Verde Research Station on the northwestern side of Costa Rica. It is a preserve managed by the Organization for Tropical Studies and is somewhat difficult to visit without a scientific purpose. Although, I am sure you could try...i know they do tour groups of their other station, La Selva of the East side of Costa Rica. I managed to visit both places as part of a Tropical Ecology class offered through my undergraduate university.
