They eye just looks as I would expect it to look if it really was an albino. (BUT, I hate pictures....especially ones in an electronic format created on someone else's computer and viewed on mine -- you never know if there was a color change because of monitor settings or not.) it actually doesn't surprise me that it is allelic, that's all.

Email me at will. I've been slow lately replying, though. To answer your question, I'm a grad student at LSU (undergrad in Wildlife Conservation, MS in Wildlife Management, and PhD (current) working with digestive and reproductive hormones in snakes). But I'm sorta a self-styled "jack-of-all-trades" in this field. I think all non-museum herp researchers sorta HAVE to be in todays fields to get anything done, don't you?
