: Thanx DG....

I am still going to try some crosses....

like I said...I did all that stuff....
hold one in front of,,,ready to breed...both pairs with their own kind....really ready to breed...i even placed king skin over the corn body....

female anerythristic corn ready to breed....I mean tail up and waiting....
Male cal king amel...ready to breed....all over the king female...

I switched them into the cages for hybridizing...

anery corn layed out and ready yet....king placed on top of her....HE started smelling her....trying to figure out what went wrong here..

she was still ready....

then HE got the idea...and said "hey" "what the heck"...and tried to copulate her...

by that time...she smelled him(even wearing a king skin on her)...and she said"""enough of this stuff"""I smell kings everywhere now"" and she dropped her tail and started running...(as he chased)
they never did breed to each other....and I did breed king to king and corn to corn then...

I tried other crosses too...

never worked...

some were...(non-successful)

sinaloae x campbelli
sinaloae x hondurensis
anulata x campbelli
anulata x sinaloae
anulata x stuarti
anulata x hondurensis
corn x black rat
corn x yellow rat
corn x everglades
corn x any milks....

so as all can see,,,even normal crosses do not always work....(even some that occur in the wild)

I did get the hondurensis to breed the stuarti...they are more closely related...as to area....(and I had no male stuart for her...she gave up...)I still have a pair...studurans...they hate people bigtime...

I had sinaloae x corns and cal kings x corns ,,and I crossed them to each other.....double het too,,,anery, amels, snows,,,,really nice stuff too,,,I loved the amels....(Mark Bell has some of them...I don't anymore)

good luck...have fun....

JY
