I say suspectum due to the greater width of the dark tail bands......

......when compared to the lighter, which can barely be seen in this photo. Typically in "true" cinctum the light tailbands are greater in width than the dark. The body bands appear to be typical for most suspectum as well. That's the way it is in nature, anyway.
