In Reply to: stupid question about dead leaves,,, posted by Marwan on May 02, 2003 at 13:45:42:
:hello,,this is a really stupid question but in my school there are some trees and i usually find some dead leaves,,,
:i wanna know if i take some and put them in my snake's enclosure ,,,is there anyway where fungus can grow on it or could it cause diseases to my snake or is it safe ?
:thanks
You may introduce parasites with the leaves. It would be best to sterilize the leaves first before introducing them into the snake's cage.
