spinosa regurg from baytril

My spinosa (spiny cogwheel turtle) was administered .01 cc of baytril and then he vomited his last meal. Has this occured to anyone else. He was injected in his right from foot and was sleeping at the time he was injected. Please let me know if you have any ideas or remedies to this delemma as he is suffering from a severe respiratory infection. Thank you.
