Congratulations for exhibiting behaviour unbecoming of most civilized people, I understand now that it runs in the family. Shame on your mother for encouraging this type of behaviour instead of using this opportunity to show how truly humane you are and your desire to help a snake in need. Does it make you feel bigger and better now that you have vented such anger?

I hope you won't be needing anything from that shop anymore because if someone came into my shop and told me what to do in a manner that it sounds like you used, they would NOT be welcome to come back to even browse.

I am just an old civilized person that still scratches my head wondering what the hell happened to common courtesy.
