There is nothing you can do about that. Fire Bellies normally won't eat during the winter months because that is their hybernation time. They may not sleep during it because of the environment they are in but they normally won't eat. Your toad will when he wants. Also they some times won't eat if they're lonely, or if they don't get much sun. If you have a plastic cage it takes the UV rays out of the toads sun light. The cage shouldn't have to much water. If the crikets are drownding mabey you should put some grass for them to crawl in.
