More basic pacman questions

OK a couple more questions, sorry bout this. I was wondering if 2 reptisun 24" 20 Watt bulbs would be too much for my 30 gallon breeder tank with 2 pacmans in it. Also maybe if I only should use one of the light spots. I have no experience with these types of bulbs and could use some advice. Just to make sure that it wouldnt get too hot with two of them. Also where do you guys go to get your live plants? The reptile stores or to like gardening type stores? Also to expand on that question what are some good plants to put in with pacman frogs. Haha another one popped in my head, do you keep them in their own seperate pot or plant them somehow in your tank?
