... don't. This is not a synthesized street drug. The exact dangers and effects are not known. As Henry noted, natural hallucinogens are actually poisonous (and not necessarily mildly poisonous either).
I personally have nothing against people who choose to engage in recreational drug use, but this is a dangerous area to experiment in. Remember that these animals are reputedly poisonous enough to kill other mammals. Do you really want to experiment with this when you have no way of controlling the dosage or regulating the effects? Not a good idea.
I can think of a bunch of other reasons not to do this... Salmonella, damage to the frog, looking like a complete frigging idiot and so forth... But I think the major one is running the risk of ending up in the hospital due to "frog overdose."
