I don't want to spend fifty dollars on a bulb if I can get the same thing at home depot that has the same beneficial effects on the animals, but for a quarter of the cost. How do the home depot mercury vapor bulbs compare to the ones specifically manufactered for the reptile hobby, in terms of UV output?
