Ophiophagus hannah, (King Cobra), does occur in Pakistan.

Source: Dumerilia, Volume 3, Fevruer 1999, pages 171 & 372, Patrick David & Ivan Ineich, Les serpents venimeux du monde: systematique et repartition. This reference book is considered top notch with regard to venomous snake distribution. It was recommended to me by WW several years ago.

Be advised that the EMBL Database is not 100% accurate, or always up to date with the latest info, but even so, I utilize this database quite often.

Cheers,

Derek K.
