:Nah, as cool as some rare animals look, and as much as I'd like to have them, to me rare usually means harder to take care of so I tend to stay away from herps that are rare :)

:Are day geckos considered rare? Not a lot of websites sell them, so I guess they could be rare in the pet trade. I never looked at them as rare though, maybe I'm wrong.

there not exactly rare but there not as common as leopards as to australian water dragons well i just got mine but everything ive read said they are way easier to keep than bearded dragons or a lot of other lzards also so i would say that just because a animal is uncommon it doesnt mean its harder to take care of leopard geckoos are very easy to take care of was you planning on getting a normal or some other kind?
