These snows don't seem to have the "skull" on their heads like blood reds, will their babies maybe? That's the one thing I've seen in all br's is that skull pattern on the head as hatchlings. In fact, these two look AMAZINGLY like the snow I got from the pet store, but at 3 yrs old, her pattern is still very visible pink and white....(with green speckles, whatever they mean)

::This is 1.1 which I hatched in 2002. Their mother is a bloodred. They should be able to reproduce the "bloodred" pattern, from what I've gathered.
::
::There's been quite a bit of controversy about whether there is a "pattern trait" associated with the bloodred morph. My belief is that it exists, and is inherited in a simple-recessive (or "semi/mostly/somewhat-recessive") fashion. I hope that this cross can help to clear some of that up, since "color" will not be at issue in the hatchlings. ;-)

::They're pouring on the yellow on their neck now. They both just ate (on hoppers now) last night so they're a but bulged.
::I've talked to Sean at VMS Herps, and he says he has produced snow bloods, and they do look distinct. It should be a fun project, even if I really don't like snows. :)
::I can also breed the male to the mom, since she's het snow, and also het charcoal... so I might even find out he's het charcoal by hatching out blizzards. :-D

:Thanks for the info you don't see many of them out there.
