I've been using regular ole fly tape with moderate effectiveness.

The flies seem to like to land on things around the tanks, so I just hang a couple fly tape sections on the bottom of the shelves above the snake tanks, so it loops in a W shape. A lot of the adult flies have landed on that and subsequently die. It looks tacky, but it does work to a certain extent.
