Count me in on helping out (although I think people would rather look up Butter under 'Butter' and see the gene combos right underneath, rather than having to flip back to it)...
The whole thing needs to be hashed out in detail, but if we can get a small group together to make those decisions, then we can get started. :)
IMO this year's version should have the following:
Morph Common Name
Genes Involved (obviously Miami phase and Okeetee phase would not have specifics in this area)
Expected Appearance
Variants
An example entry would be:
Name: Snow
Genetics: Anerythrism + Amelanism
Expected Appearance: Most snows have white backgrounds. This morph is highly varied, and some members can have yellow, peach, or even pink coloration. Lime green blotches are also possible. All snows have the red eyes characteristic of the amelanism trait.
Variants:
Coral Snow - Blotches should be coral-colored. Coloration presumed to be the result of hypomelanism in the mix.
Green-blotched Snow - (blah blah blah)
Bubblegum Snow - (blah blah blah)
Ruby-Freckled Snow (see Ruby-Freckled entry in section 4)
In future years, I agree that we need pictures of both hatchlings and adults, and some history on the morphs (like what Rich Z has on his site) might be nice as well. I think the whole price-guide thing would be the last part to add, if we add it at all.
