I have the setup you just explained. It will fit if you purchase the smallest helix heat panel. They are waterproof so it makes cleaning a breeze and you dont have to cut big holes to get the cord through the grate. They are perfect in every way. they will heat up one side to 93 degrees and the other will stay at 83 if the cage is in room temp. I dont know anything about pro-products so i cant say which is better, but I have what you are looking for and it works great. hope this helps....here is a link that proves they fir, this is where i got my idea.
