Instead of a reptile ultrasonic fogger, use on that's made for people. I have a Walgreens brand, and it works so much better than the drop-in reptile ones. The hole on the top of the fogger fits perfectly with 2" PVC pipe. You could try other kinds of tubing, and they'd probably work also. I don't know the maximum height the fog could go up a tube, but I just tried it with about 2' of pipe and it worked fine. You'll also need a digital timer so the fog doesn't run all day and soak the cage. The box on mine says that the water will last around 10 hours if on all the time...it's about a gallon or so. I have my boa's on for 5 minutes every 3 hours...it's a 60x28x28 cage. She has shed fine with no spraying or soaking since we got the fogger.
