HELP SNAKE JUST LAID EGGS

I know this isn't the rat snake page but more people on this fourm have helped in the past,most of my snakes are pituophis.This question is about color of eggs, my luetistic rat just laid 10 eggs nice size but there is discolorartin in them; blotches of yellowish orange ,some down one side some with none.Should I go ahead and incubate all any way,THANKS ALOT,P-RAT
