Chris,

Most snakes (colubrids anyway) don't completely digest fur. My boas are better at it, probably because they don't defecate nearly as frequently, but there is still some left over. Its nothing to worry about. In fact, I've heard fur (among other indigestables) called the 'roughage' of a strict carnivore's diet.
