Hi. I've been keeping Japaluras for 3 years now. They make great terrarium animals and once settled in may even breed. I think I have a gravid female now. They are always mislabeled in pet stores. I've seen them called green tree agamas, calotes (which are similar), and neon green dragons. As far as info; there isn't much. I don't remember the exact issue but there was an article in Reptile Hobbyist:
