hi all i live in souther bc (canda) near the coast. since i was 8 i would catch allagtor lizards. once i caught two gravid females. we ended up with 12 healthy babies! of course they all eventually get released. at least once there bellies are full. i just cought one and i put him in a 10g tank with a 5watt heat rock. i through 5 crickets in there incase he was hungry. is look like a teenager and has lost his tale hes currently regrowing it. He didn't try to bite or anything so he could have been one of the little guys i raised. Well how many crickets a day? will he need a uv light? would it be good to give him some calcium supplements? Also in case your confused there wild here and you can catch them. it just got to 22'C today and of coarse they were out. saw two caught one! 50% ain't bad!
