You guys are a tough crowd to fool. This animal was collected in West Kalimantan (Borneo). It now resides in the living collection of the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity at the University of Singapore.
You can see a plastral view of this specimen at the World Chelonian Trust website.
Here is a pic of a hatchling. The carapace is an apple-green coloration until they are about a year old.
