I agree, it looks like C. Nigricans (kwangtung river turtles). I have two young ones, and that looks just like one to me. As said earlier, a plastral shot would reveal all.
Not all kwangs have markings on their heads, as someone mentioned. One of mine has a solid black head, while the other has some light markings reminiscent of the markings of a Reeves.
