We only have Common Map Turtles where I live I can say that they do not look like that, at least not the ones that I've seen anyway. It's not chrysemys. Not a red eared slider because it's "ear" isn't red. I would lean toward calling it an Eastern River Cooter, Pseudemys concinna concinna. Don't trust me on that because I don't live in cooter territory and have never seen one in person. Also, from your picture it doesn't look like it has what I call over laping marginals (Somebody correct me on the terminology.) which I use to identify Graptemys with binoculars. So somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I'll put my money on an Eastern River Cooter.
