I was just curious about the sub-species that there are along the front range of Colorado. Most of the ones that I have found(at approx. 7000 ft. elevation) are very green in color. I have heard people say that they are Praire rattlers but I've never heard that name used for any kind of rattlesnake. Any input that you could give me would be great. thanks.
