It sure looks like a Dendrolaphis to me...

the enlarged scales on the mid dorsum, the thin body and large head, and the "bronze" back all lead me to that being one of the Dendrolaphis. I don't know which species are in the Phillipines, but I would believe the EMBL in absence of any contradictory information.
