Id say a Bearded Dragon because they are easy to take care of and act like us. If we eat dinner my beardie will run towards the cage all active and interested. Get a UV light and fixture, heat lamp and heat light, cage (according to size), no water dish just mist the daily or every couple of days, feed them crickets and greens, etc.
