Well here are a few possibilities..
Celestus agasepsoides (hispaniola)
Celestus anelpistus (hispaniola)
Celestus costatus sp. (a few islands in the Dominican)
Celestus carraui (hispaniola)
Celestus curtissi (various islands)
Celestus darlingtoni (hispaniola)
Celestus marcanoi (hispaniola)
Celestus sepsoides (hispaniola)
Celestus stenurus (various islands)
These all pretty much fit your size requirements and are found in the Dominican republic. Need a better description to identify it.
