strange lizard

i found a lizard in a pet shop and im not sure if even they knew what it was...it resembled an iguana but with a crested head and not nearly as large, also had a vivid blue/green coloration...had claws much like those of an iguana...so it may be arborial......any ideas? sorry no pictures...
