Tanganyikan forest lizard

I was at the westchester herp show (near NYC) last weekend and a number of people were carrying this. One even said theirs were captive bred. I very small lizard maybe 2 inches long. Vertically compressed; black base color with yellowish stripes that shad to bright turquois on the tail. Anybody know?
