I've seen a few of those males you mention round this way , and I agree they're stunners.
The last one I saw like that was this past sunday , and at the time I had a beautifull grass snake in my hands ready for photographing. I wasn't prepared to let the grassy go as they're not that common here , so the berus moved on of course.

Well ... to be honest , I love berus cos it's a gorgeous hot , but far prefer grass snakes in appearance.

Anyhow mate, I look forward to many more chin wags with you over there.
