Just curious. If you're getting a native hot, the AV is probably kept in a hosptial relatively near you, since Crotalus, Sisturus and Agkistrodon are all native to OH. If you're getting something more exotic, opinion seems to be split. I don't have any myself. I have one native snake and one whose bite is supposed to be 'nonfatal but extremely painful'. AV can just be a ##$()# to obtain, that's what's keeping me from getting it more than the expense. A few hundred dollars isn't a lot compared to the use of your arm, you know?
