I can't see any reason (besides kids,wife, or laws) not to get them. If you don't have any experience, find someone that'll teach you. They're great snakes, I love mine.

:i've been throwin around the idea (not that it is an easy choice to make) to raise/breed some eyelash vipers. right now i'm just looking for some people to talk me out of it. any stories or info on why not to get these snakes would be helpful thanks.
