Serum ?

Hi guys , do you think sould I keep extoic viper without correct serum ? I know it's very dangerous if I got biten from the extoic vipers withous serum . So..I need your recommends .
what do you think ?

PS : I was been biten by Afr. lowland swamp viper(P.supercilicaris) ..
