While I haven`t dealt with bush vipers, I have dealt with a lot of other arboreals. What has worked well for me is:
Some good branches to hang from and use something like a plastic 1/3 or 1/2 measuring cup and attach it to an elevated branch with a plastic tie wrap. They are more likly to drink from an elevated water source. Keep humidity up by misting, and good luck with food. They can be a pain :-)
