Growth rate for female Bitis arietans

In a healthy individual....what is the average growth rate most keepers can agree on for female bitis arietans...

I have an 8" specimen that eats a f/t pinky every 5-7 days without hesitance and drinks regularly; with no defication problems commonly associated with bitis sp.....
