When we were kids we used to tie a string to the June bugs
hind leg and fly them like kites. You could tie the other end to
a button and have the bug fly around you all day!
My kids have yet to experience this simple pleasure, as I haven't seen a June bug in
about 2 or 3 years. Um, we ate talking about the big iridescent beetles aren't we?
