Hello VHS,

I am Katherine Cox, volunteer roped in by Jimmy Paz at Sabal Palm to get the festival for April 7th organized. He said he did email you to ask if your Snake/spider group would have a display as you have at past programs at Sabal.

This year we are gearing it towards families and having quite a few hands-on crafts for kids. We are getting a lot of free ads in the Herald and will promote it extensively 2 weeks prior. We would like to include your group in our advertising. Also, we have at least one, maybe more, crafts to go along with snakes/etc. We have a group selling food/drinks, boy scouts, girl scouts helping out with activities. Should be a fun day.

I sure would appreciate a note real soon on whether you can join us. It will be from 10-3 April 7. I need to turn in the ad info to the Herald/TV, etc, Monday. You can come as early as 7 a.m. to set up. Please let me know what you need - electricity, tables, etc.
