The Pogona are frequently hatched with a remnant of the umbilicus and/or some unabsorbed yolk still visible.
This is most often caused by too much humidity or temps too low during the last 15-20days of incubation.
It can be a sign of other congenital problems but usually does not cause any trouble. Let the baby rest by itself at near 90 degrees (f) for a day or so. Don't keep it too moist.
