It sounds great!

This might help you plan things. As far as VHS Board Meetings go, they generally consist of only the Officers. Occasionally, an Advisor or Member is interested and they are welcome to attend. We had 6 Adults and 2 Kids show at our last Picnic - a small but great group. Members should let you know if they plan to attend.

I hope we can have it on a Sunday afternoon if weather permits.
