VHS Bylaws Concerning Officer Elections

***Anyone can run for any VHS Officer position as long as they comply with the 3 following VHS ByLaws below.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Officers shall be members in good standing, at least 18 years of age, and receiving a majority of the member votes cast in the election.

2. The President must have been an active member of the Society at least one year prior to assuming office.
---------------------------------
3. Term limits on all elected officers are no more than three consecutive terms.
---------------------------------
